To actively build a socialized talent evaluation mechanism centered on performance and competence, and provide objective and impartial third-party evaluation criteria for enterprises in the industry to appoint professional and technical posts, China Printed Circuit Association (CPCA) gave full play to its professional strengths and officially launched the annual professional title evaluation for senior engineers and engineers in May 2025.The evaluation aims to establish a scientific and standardized industry talent assessment system and foster the development of professional technical talent teams in the electronic circuit sector. By the end of October, a total of 29 valid electronic application documents had been received from practitioners of many key enterprises across the industry.

On October 27, 2025, the Professional Title Evaluation Committee of China Printed Circuit Association held the 2025 Title Review Meeting for Senior Engineers and Engineers of China Electronic Circuit Industry in Shenzhen. In accordance with established standards and procedures, the committee conducted a comprehensive and rigorous review of each applicant’s professional qualifications, technical achievements, performance contributions and industry influence.

After an authoritative and impartial evaluation process, Chen Jinxing, General Manager of Division I of our company, successfully passed the review and was awarded the title of Senior Engineer in China’s electronic circuit industry.
