On September 8, 2025, the list of the second batch of Huizhou "Echeng Master Artisans" was officially released, with 10 highly skilled talents standing out after rigorous evaluation. The newly selected artisans include experts entitled to special government allowances from the State Council, industry pacesetters honored as "National Technical Experts", and innovative pioneers who have overcome core bottleneck technologies. These skilled workers have delivered outstanding performance in their respective posts, tackled key technical challenges, generated remarkable economic benefits, and obtained numerous patents, providing crucial talent support for the high-quality development of Huizhou’s manufacturing sector. Among them, Chen Jinxing, General Manager of the First Division and Senior Engineer in printed circuit manufacturing technology at our company, has been named an "Echeng Master Artisan". This is Huizhou’s highest honor for skilled craftsmen. Since the launch of the selection program up to 2025, only 20 people have received this distinction.

On the strength of his 18-year professional experience, Chen Jinxing has long championed technology-driven development, advancing green innovation and technological breakthroughs in the PCB industry. He has delivered a series of groundbreaking achievements in green technological innovation, product upgrading and process optimization, bringing substantial economic benefits to Glorysky Electronics.

A dedicated practitioner of green manufacturing, he led the establishment of an industry-leading green production system. He spearheaded two major energy-saving renovation projects — the air-conditioning cooling water recycling system and the air compressor waste heat recovery system — generating annual benefits and cost savings of up to RMB 3 million. The systems not only supply domestic hot water for over 1,000 employees, but also supported the company’s recognition as a Guangdong Provincial Cleaner Production Demonstration Enterprise.

As a key leader in technical breakthroughs, he successfully broke through the technical bottleneck of 45-layer ultra-high multilayer boards and led the development of seven categories of new products, holding a total of 53 authorized patents. His research achievements in plasma array gold finger technology and thick copper board technology won the Second Prize of Huizhou Science and Technology Award and the Second Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award respectively, providing highly reliable solutions for new energy vehicle applications.

Over the past three years, through special improvement initiatives including gold salt conservation and electrical test yield enhancement, he has helped the company achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement of over RMB 6 million. In addition, he has built a three-level talent cultivation system featuring mentorship, specialized training and skill competitions, nurturing 32 senior technicians. His team was honored the title of Guangdong Provincial Worker Pioneer Team.

Our optoelectronic printed circuit board technology has been appraised as an internationally advanced scientific and technological achievement — a testament to persistent dedication.

Beyond technological innovation and green upgrading, I attach great importance to experience inheritance.
