The 2025 Huizhou "Talent Homecoming" Series – Greater Bay Area · Huizhou Tour University Student Exchange Visit, sponsored by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Communist Youth League Committee and undertaken by Communist Youth League committees of all counties and districts, was successfully held from July 31 to August 13.The event drew a large number of students from top domestic universities including Harbin Institute of Technology, Sun Yat-sen University and Jinan University. Participants took seven well-designed industrial and cultural itineraries to conduct in-depth visits to Huizhou’s "2+1" modern industrial clusters and key enterprises. As an important link in Huizhou’s electronic information industrial chain, Huizhou Glorysky Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. had the honor to receive the visiting youth student delegation, showcasing the strength and charm of "Huizhou Intelligent Manufacturing".

The students toured Glorysky’s modern production workshops and R&D zones, observing the efficient operation of automated production lines on site and learning about the full industrial chain covering design, manufacturing and testing. Relevant company representatives gave the students a systematic introduction to the enterprise’s core technologies and innovative achievements in high-density interconnect, high-frequency high-speed circuits, new energy vehicle electronics and other high-end PCB fields, as well as its practices in intelligent upgrading and green manufacturing. By getting an up-close look at advanced production equipment and rigorous technological processes, the students gained a more intuitive understanding of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), known as the "mother of all electronic products". They also experienced firsthand the solid foundation and innovative vitality of Huizhou’s electronic information industry.

During the exchange session, the students held lively discussions with company representatives on topics including technological development trends, industry talent demands and corporate innovation mechanisms. Many students said the visit changed their stereotyped perceptions of traditional manufacturing. Witnessing modern precision manufacturing empowered by technology, they gained a deep understanding of how manufacturing takes the lead in Huizhou’s development. One student majoring in electronic information shared his feelings: "Right here in my hometown, I can feel the strong pulse of 'China Intelligent Manufacturing', and I now have a clearer vision for my career planning."
