She is Wang Chunxia, Chairperson of the company’s trade union.

Since joining Huai'an Glorysky in 2018, Wang Chunxia has always maintained genuine enthusiasm, keeping employees’ most pressing difficulties in mind and taking practical steps to address them. She firmly believes: “Safeguarding employees’ legitimate rights and interests and serving them wholeheartedly are the fundamental functions of the trade union. We must always think what employees think, attend to their urgent needs, resolve their hardships, and sincerely be friends with every staff member.” This simple conviction has driven her to work diligently in the trade union post, embodying the responsibility and mission of trade union cadres in the new era through tangible actions.

In recent years, backed by the county government’s vigorous implementation of the “2233” development strategy, continuous optimization of the business environment and strong support for industrial growth, Glorysky Electronics Co.,Ltd.,  a leading enterprise in the new-generation electronic information industry, has achieved sustained expansion and robust development. Faced with the core task of centering on corporate development, serving the overall situation, responding to employees’ expectations and empowering enterprise growth, Wang Chunxia has led the trade union to explore practical and effective solutions. Responsible for over 1,200 employees across the company, she clearly stated: “The trade union should serve as a vital bridge and bond, translating organizational capabilities into driving forces and lubricants for corporate development, empowering the growth of new quality productive forces, and boosting the company’s core competitiveness.”

To this end, she has proactively aligned trade union work with the company’s development strategy. Cooperating with the production department, she has launched extensive job training exercises, company-wide skill training, professional qualification certification and mentor-apprentice programs. In response to industrial upgrading demands, she has organized specialized training for employees covering MAS, EAP, AGV and other automated technologies. In 2024 alone, the company cultivated more than 30 senior skilled workers, lifting its overall automation rate to 80%. Meanwhile, she has encouraged employees to put forward suggestions for improvement, driving the implementation of over 50 cost reduction and efficiency enhancement projects, saving a total of 3.744 million yuan in operational costs for the enterprise.

“Employees are the primary resource of an enterprise.” Wang Chunxia always takes employees’ needs as the starting point and goal of all her work. She promoted the optimization of employee physical examination items, coordinated improvements to staff canteen catering, and launched the “warm late-night meal” service for night-shift employees. She initiated a series of employee care programs and established a home visit mechanism to resolve practical difficulties for employees and their families. In addition, she has organized knowledge lectures, reading activities, cultural and sports competitions, as well as outstanding employee selection campaigns, fostering a positive and progressive corporate culture. In 2024, the company’s employee turnover rate dropped by 2.7% year-on-year, with team cohesion greatly improved.

Upholding the philosophy that “enterprises and employees form a community with a shared future”, Wang Chunxia organizes quarterly labor-management symposiums to conduct sincere consultations on output targets, product quality, incentive mechanisms and other key issues, facilitating the establishment of harmonious labor relations. Thanks to effective communication and coordination in 2024, the company achieved a win-win outcome with a 3% increase in employee income and a 10% rise in production capacity.
